District Deputy Grand Master Official Visit - Travelers Lodge No. 390

R:.W:. Anthony L. Pickren, District Deputy Grand Master of the 21st Masonic District will hold his first official visit of 2021 at Travelers Lodge No. 390, 257 East Pomelo Street in Lake Alfred. Dinner is at 6:30pm and the Stated Communication will start at 7:30pm.

This Is Truly The End

Yesterday morning Bro. Donald Cole, Junior Warden of Winter Haven Lodge No. 186 took pictures of the upstairs lodge room at the Winter Haven Masonic Temple which like the downstairs lodge room saw the removal of the dais and the officers seats in the East, West and South as well as the alter, the secretary's desk and the member seating.

Saying Goodbye Is Hard To Do...

Last night Winter Haven Lodge No. 186 held its final Stated Communication at the Winter Haven Masonic temple on Avenue A SE. Sadly due to rising costs of maintaining a large Masonic temple the brothers of the lodge late last year reluctantly voted to sell the building, in the interim Winter Haven No. 186 will hold their Stated Communications on the same days that it currently meets but at Travelers Lodge No. 390 in Lake Alfred.

After W:. Jerry Haynie closed the Stated Communication all of the officers along with R:.W:. Anthony L. Pickren, District Deputy Grand Master took a final picture in the East.
