Important Information about the 191st Annual Grand Communication

Brethren, if you have not already made arrangements for your hotel accommodations and requested credentials for the 191st Annual Grand Communication to be held on May 25th thru May 27th at the Rosen Plaza hotel in Orlando please speak to your lodge secretary as soon as possible as we have been advised by the hotel that the special room rate for the Grand Communication is nearing its full allocation of available rooms.

In the event that the host hotel becomes sold out there are neighboring hotels on the International Drive (I-Drive) but they may not offer any discounted rates comparable to the host hotel in which case you will pay prevail hotel rate plus resort fee/sales taxes.

Free parking will be available to Grand Communication attendees at the host hotel, however those travelling from home or from another hotel should arrive at the host hotel as early as possible as the parking lot usually fills to capacity quickly and once all of the spaces are filled the lot will be closed to further parking traffic. Public parking is within walking distance to the host hotel, a parking fee plus applicable sales taxes applies.
