On March 7th, Worshipful Master Dennis Wind and the Brethren of Winter Haven
Lodge No. 186 removed and opened the content of the time capsules which had been
buried behind the Cornerstone at the former Winter Haven Masonic Temple on
Avenue A SE for over 60 years. Due to the capsules being buried for so long and
not being properly protected from the elements, a number of the items became
deteriorated and care had to be taken when removing the contents from the
capsules.
