Robert Lambert, Grand Master of the Most Worshipful Grand Lodge of Florida official visit to the 21st Masonic District on Friday September 23rd, registration will start at 5:30pm and dinner served at 6:30pm. You must RSVP to the District Deputy Grand Master by September 6th, email R:.W:. Gary Gordon at gary00981@gmail.com. If you show up at the Grand Master's official visit without RSVPing beforehand admission is on a First-Come/First-Served basis only. Brothers, please make sure you have in your possession, a current Grand Lodge of Florida member, Circumscribe or Perpetual Membership card, there is a member check during registration.
** Important Notice regarding the host hotel ** Please note that there is NOT an error in the listing for the host hotel for the Grand Master's visit to the 21st Masonic District. When I received the invitation from Grand Lodge on August 3rd I was just as confused as you probably are, I immediately placed a call to R:.W:. Gary Gordon our District Deputy Grand Master and to Maegan Dover at Grand Lodge in Jacksonville and apparently prior to the Grand Master's official visit here in the 21st Masonic District, he'll be in the 17th Masonic District and as a result the 17th and 21st decided to combine the host hotel which is located in Indialantic (Between Cocoa and Melbourne) in Brevard County which is approximately a 2 hour and 14 minutes to the GMOV in Bartow, this means that you if wish to stay overnight locally, you'll need to make the arrangements at a hotel on your own.
There is a strict dress code in effect for this event, all Brothers must be in a Black Suit and Tie with a White Shirt, women must wear a proper looking dress. Anyone who shows up and is not dress appropriately will unfortunately not be admitted. Please show proper respect to our Grand Master.
