Worshipful Master Resolution of Recognition by Scottish Rite

On Monday night, I had the honor and privilege of being invited by the Southern Jurisdiction of the Scottish Rite Valley of Tampa to participate in an event that gave a Resolution of Recognition to every current sitting Worshipful Master from every lodge within their jurisdiction. The really cool thing about this was it was an open meeting so I was able to take my family out for a dinner and in the process, they got to meet and spend a few minutes talking with our Grand Master, M:.W:. Robert Lambert, who was gracious and stood in a picture with us. Personally, I think my grandson Damian had something to do with that. Maybe I’ll be able to Raise him someday, who knows. It was also the first time I’ve seen our youth organizations Included as being honored and was something to see, particularly the three generations of the male Macgwers that where there. My family enjoyed themselves and got to peek behind the curtain of what I do when I go to meetings and both my wife and daughter were impressed. Congratulations to my all of my fellow Lodge Masters serving in 2022 and particularly to allof the Worshipful Masters here in the 21st Masonic District, especially our close ally W:. Thomas Simpson the Worshipful Master at Poinciana Lodge No. 227 in Avon Park. It was a good night to be a mason.

Fraternally,
W:. Danny Lackey, Worshipful Master Wauchula Lodge No. 17
