Brethren, I have the sad duty to report to you this morning that I have just been informed that Lady Dell Cowart, wife of M:.W:. Don Cowart, Grand Master of the Most Worshipful Grand Lodge of Free and Accepted Masons of Florida has passed following bypass surgery.
Grand Lodge has asked that you please do not contact M:.W:. Cowart at this time so that the Cowart family may mourn privately. Information wil be forthcoming on funeral arrangements.
