New Grand Lodge Building

As many of you are already aware, last year the Most Worshipful Grand Lodge of Free and Accepted Masons of Florida sold its current building on North Ocean Avenue in Jacksonville to the law firm of Farah and Farah who plans to use the property as a parking lot, the Grand Lodge purchased a new building also in Jacksonville, approximately 15 minutes from the current building. It is expected that the move to the new building will be in June 2026. Here is a picture of the new Grand Lodge building.

Lake Wales Lodge No. 242 Fundraiser

Brothers, Lake Wales Lodge 242 F&AM is holding  a unique fundraiser to continue to support our local community and youth organizations. It's a very simple fundraiser, but will involve some of us getting out of our comfort zones and talking to folks we don't normally talk with. So what's this fundraiser all about you're asking, well I’ll explain it.

So a local company out of Lakeland named Tech Smart Inc(TSI) is an electronic recycling company, a simple concept I know, but what I didn't know was the amount of recyclable materials in electronics we use every day, and how vital it is that we recycle them for future generations to use. 

Cell phones, Laptops, Desktop Computers, Printers and Gaming Consoles are just a few of the things that can be donated and recycled, thus maybe freeing up some space in your office or garage. How can I help?

Well that is the great part, this company is completely licensed for disposal of information, they are a statewide registered business in Florida and hold all necessary licenses to operate this unique business.  Beginning on April 22nd I’ll have a trailer at the Lake Wales Lodge for folks to drop off electronics, the Tech Smart will come on May 22, catalog the donations and collect them and handle everything from there.

Please don't overlook this post, think about it, pray about it and ask around to help us collect as much as we can for recycling.

Fish Fry Fundraiser at Lake Wales Lodge No. 242

Lake Wales Lodge No. 242 will be holding a Fish Fry on Saturday April 12th starting at 4:30pm to 7:00pm. The menu will include Fresh Cat Fish filets, Swai (Mild White Fish), Cheese Grits, Baked Beans (With or without Jalapenos), Coleslaw, French Fries, Hushpuppies (With or without Jalapenos), Fried Chicken Strips (Available by advance request only). desert, coffee or ice tea (free). Soda and bottled water is available for an additional cost of 50¢ per bottle/can.

Eat in or take out, Call ahead if you are in a hurry for a takeout order.

Winter Haven Lodge No. 186

Winter Haven Lodge No. 186 will hold an Entered Apprentice Degree on April 5th, breakfast served at 7:30am and degree work to follow at 8:30am.

The lodge is located at 3596 Recker Highway in Winter Haven.
